One thing is sure, your thoughts are constant and continuous. Determining the dominant thoughts is step #1. Most of us have subjects we can identify that when we think about them, we are positive, optimistic and confident. Our ultimate goal is to think this way on all subjects, no matter what. This is a tall order but not impossible.

When you start a program, it is often asked, "well, how long will this take me to get into shape?". That is a very difficult question to answer from a personal trainer's perspective, because there are so many variables that come into play here, but I will try and give you some guidelines.
